Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service availability.
Please note: Delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe during public holidays, weekends, extreme weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Coverage
INSIVIA currently offers delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability at the provided delivery address.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping Nationwide is available on orders above Rs. 4,999.
For orders below Rs. 4,999 applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier service delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control
INSIVIA cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date in such circumstances.
6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including name, phone number, and address.
INSIVIA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Where available, customers may receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.
